बीते दिन श्री अशोक कुमार, आईपीएस, डीजीपी महोदय ने आगामी दीपावली पर्व के दृष्टिगत जनपद देहरादून के अधिकारियों के साथ देहरादून की यातायात व्यवस्था के सम्बन्ध में एक समीक्षा बैठक की। उन्होंने कहा कि धनतेरस एवं दीपावाली के दौरान शहर में लोगों एवं वाहनों का आगमन बाजार की ओर अधिक रहेगा। इस कारण यातायात प्रभावित होने की संभावना बनी रहेगी।

On the previous day, Shri Ashok Kumar, IPS, DGP held a review meeting with the officials of Dehradun district regarding the traffic system of Dehradun in view of the upcoming Diwali festival. He said that during Dhanteras and Deepawali, the arrival of people and vehicles in the city would be more towards the market. Due to this, the possibility of traffic will continue to be affected.
