Shopkeeper caught serving liquor in teacup

During checking, Almora Police Team arrested a shopkeeper under the Excise Act when he was caught selling and serving liquor illegally at a tea stall. Illegal country liquor and serving items like glasses, jugs and bottles were recovered from his possession.
