Several patients lose their sight after surgery in Gorakhpur, UP, probe ordered

According to reports, a case has emerged in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, where several patients developed a serious eye infection after a cataract surgery camp at a private hospital. Reportedly, out of around 30 surgeries, 18 patients suffered infections—nine had to undergo eye removal, and nine lost their eyesight.
