रुद्रप्रयाग स्थित अगस्तमुनि नगर क्षेत्र में जब बारिश के पानी से गड्ढे भर गए, तो वहां सड़क पर चल रही गाड़ियों के टायरों से पानी राहगीरों पर छिड़क रहा था।  पुलिसकर्मी वीरेंद्र तोमर ने अस्थायी समाधान निकालते हुए उन गड्ढों को बोरी और गत्तों से ढककर राहगीरों के लिए सुरक्षित राह तैयार की।

In Rudraprayag's Agastmuni Nagar area, when potholes were filled with rain water, water from the tires of vehicles plying on the road was sprinkling on the people. Taking out a temporary solution, policeman Virendra Tomar prepared a safe way for the passers by covering those potholes with sacks and cardboards.
