Dr. Meenakshi Sundaram, Secretary in the Government of Uttarakhand, has received the Scotch Award for 2024. Dr. Sundaram has received this award for his outstanding contribution in the implementation of economic development policies of Uttarakhand state and the goals of sustainable development.
