मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी से सचिवालय में सचिव पशुपालन व मत्स्य विभाग डॉ0 बीवीआरसी पुरुषोत्तम ने मुलाक़ात की। सचिव डॉ0 पुरुषोत्तम ने मुख्य सचिव को हाल ही में उत्तराखण्ड को मत्स्य पालन के क्षेत्र में हिमालयी और उत्तर पूर्वी राज्यों में प्राप्त हुए सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य के पुरस्कार की जानकारी दी।
