चमोली- निकाय चुनाव को पारदर्शिता के साथ संपन्न कराने के लिए पीठासीन और मतदान अधिकारियों को दूसरा प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी संदीप तिवारी ने कहा कि चुनाव को निष्पक्ष व पारदर्शिता के साथ संपन्न कराना हम सबका कर्तव्य है। उन्होंने कार्मिकों को निर्देश दिए कि निर्वाचन दायित्व पूरी निष्ठा और ईमानदारी के साथ निर्वहन करें।
