जानकारी के अनुसार, चमोली जिले के ज्योतिर्मठ कोतवाली क्षेत्र में वाहन चेकिंग के दौरान पुलिस ने नाबालिगों द्वारा स्कूटी चलाने का मामला पकड़ा। जांच में तीनों सवार नाबालिग पाए गए, जिनके पास न तो ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस था और न ही हेलमेट, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने स्कूटी सीज कर दी और चालक के अभिभावक पर ₹25,000 का चालान किया।

According to information, during vehicle checking in the Jyotirmath Kotwali area of Chamoli district, police caught minors riding a scooter. On verification, all three riders were found to be minors without driving licenses or helmets, after which the police seized the scooter and issued a challan of ₹25,000 to the guardian of the rider.
