यंग उत्तराखंड सिने अवार्ड के 12 वें संस्करण का दिल्ली के नेहरू ऑडिटोरियम में आयोजन किया गया था। जिसके तहत वर्ष 2023 में उत्तराखंड क्षेत्रीय सिनेमा और संगीत में उत्कृष्ट योगदान देने वाले कलाकारों को विभिन्न श्रेणियों में सम्मानित किया गया। जिसमें मूल रूप से चमोली जिले के नारायणबगड के पिंडर घाटी के जुनेर गांव के निवासी नियो फरस्वाण को सर्वश्रेष्ठ निर्देशक के अवाॅर्ड से सम्मानित किया गया है।

The 12th edition of Young Uttarakhand Cine Award was organized at Nehru Auditorium in Delhi. Under which artists who made outstanding contribution to Uttarakhand regional cinema and music in the year 2023 were honored in various categories. In which Neo Farswan, originally a resident of Juner village of Pindar Valley of Narayanbagh in Chamoli district, has been awarded the Best Director Award.
