एक व्यक्ति पुराना देवल के पास नदी का जलस्तर अचानक बढ़ जाने के कारण मंदाकिनी नदी के मध्य फंसा हुआ था। मौके पर पहुंची रूद्रप्रयाग पुलिस ने नदी के मध्य फंसे व्यक्ति का रेस्क्यू कर उसे सुरक्षित मंदाकिनी नदी से बाहर निकाला एवं 108 के माध्यम से सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र अगस्तमुनि के लिए भिजवाया।

A person was stuck in the middle of the Mandakini river near Purana Dewal due to sudden rise in the water level of the river. Rudraprayag Police reached the spot and rescued the person stuck in the middle of the river and took him out of the Mandakini river safely and sent him to the Community Health Center Augustmuni through 108.
