रुद्रप्रयाग की लोकप्रिय ब्लॉगर दीपा नेगी, जिनके सोशल मीडिया पर एक लाख से अधिक फॉलोअर्स हैं, को ग्राम प्रधान चुनाव में केवल 256 वोट मिले हैं। ग्राम सभा स्वारी ग्वास घिमतोली से चुनाव लड़ रहीं दीपा को कविता देवी ने हराया और हार के बाद दीपा ने विनम्रता के साथ ग्रामवासियों को धन्यवाद देते हुए परिणाम को स्वीकार किया।

Deepa Negi, a popular blogger from Rudraprayag with over one lakh followers on social media, received only 256 votes in the village head (Gram Pradhan) election. Contesting from Gram Sabha Swari Gwas Ghimtoli, she was defeated by Kavita Devi. After the loss, Deepa humbly accepted the result and thanked the villagers for their support.
