RTO tightens rules ahead of Char Dham Yatra, dustbins mandatory in vehicles

According to report, in view of the Char Dham Yatra, the Dehradun RTO has made it mandatory for vehicles of pilgrims to carry dustbins, and strict action will be taken against overspeeding and drunk driving. It has been stated that routes will be monitored through cameras and vehicle fitness will also be checked to ensure a safe journey.
