Rising menace of stray dogs, administration on alert

According to report, the menace of stray dogs is increasing in Gwalior, MP. It is said that three people have died of rabies in the past five days, including a six-year-old child, who had already received three anti-rabies injections. Meanwhile, administration has announced that an additional 'Animal Birth Control' center will be set up.
