Rising leopard threat in Almora, solar lights installed in several villages

According to report, people are fearful as leopard movement has increased in rural/urban areas of Almora. It was stated that to reduce human–wildlife conflict, the Forest Department has installed 60 solar lights in villages across the Jageshwar, Lamgara, Kanali, Chhina and Binsar ranges, and a total of 150 solar lights will be set up.
