मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु की अध्यक्षता में बीते दिन सचिवालय में कौशल विकास विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न हुई। इस दौरान मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि गुणवत्तायुक्त कौशल विकास रोजगार की दिशा में महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों की रूचि के अनुरूप कौशल विकसित करने के लिए कक्षा 6 से ही स्किल डेवेलपमेंट पर फोकस किए जाने की आवश्यकता है।
