खबर के अनुसार, बागेश्वर जिले के कपकोट के ग्राम पंचायत वाछम के ग्रामीणों ने क्षेत्र की बुनियादी समस्याओं को लेकर प्रशासन को ज्ञापन सौंपा है। बताया गया कि ग्रामीणों ने स्कूल उच्चीकरण, सड़क, संचार, पुल और बैंक शाखा जैसी सुविधाओं की मांग की है। इसके साथ ही चेतावनी दी गई है कि यदि समाधान नहीं हुआ तो 1 जुलाई से आंदोलन शुरू किया जाएगा।

According to reports, residents of Vachham Gram Panchayat in Kapkot, Bageshwar district, submitted a memorandum to the administration over basic civic issues in the area, including school upgradation, roads, communication services, and a bank branch. They also warned that if their demands are not addressed, they will launch an agitation.
