उत्तराखण्ड में जल्द ही महिला होमगार्ड के 330 पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू होने की उम्मीद है, भर्ती को लेकर लिखित परीक्षा कराने को लेकर चल रहा असमंजस अब काफी हद तक दूर हो चुका है। शासन स्तर पर निर्णय लिया गया है कि अब भर्ती शारीरिक परीक्षा और शैक्षिक योग्यता के आधार पर होगी।

The recruitment process for 330 posts of women home guards is expected to start soon in Uttarakhand, the ongoing confusion regarding the conduct of written examination regarding the recruitment has been removed to a great extent. It has been decided at the government level that now recruitment will be done on the basis of physical examination and educational qualification.
