देहरादून में 74 साल बाद हुई रिकॉर्ड बारिश से तमसा, बिंदाल, रिसपना और सौंग नदी समेत कई नाले उफान पर हैं। रिसपना नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ने से भगत सिंह कॉलोनी, राजीव नगर और दीपनगर में कई घर क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए, जबकि खतरे के कारण लोगों को रातभर बच्चों संग जागकर गुजारनी पड़ी।
