जानकारी के अनुसार, छत्तीसगढ़ के कोरबा जिले के कटघोरा क्षेत्र में देश की पहली लिथियम खदान की ड्रिलिंग तेज़ी से जारी है। यदि योजना के अनुसार काम पूरा हुआ, तो छत्तीसगढ़ भारत का पहला लिथियम उत्पादन करने वाला राज्य बन सकता है। बता दें कि लिथियम मोबाइल, कंप्यूटर और इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों की बैटरियों के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण धातु है।

According to reports, drilling at India’s first lithium mine in Katghora, Korba district of Chhattisgarh, is progressing rapidly. If the work goes as planned, Chhattisgarh could become the first state in India to produce lithium. Notably, lithium is a crucial metal used in batteries for mobiles, computers and electric vehicles.
