भारी बारिश का कहर पहाड़ों से लेकर मैदान तक देखने को मिल रहा है। हल्द्वानी में भारी बारिश के कारण नाले उफान पर हैं। रकसिया नाले के उफान पर आने के कारण 55 घरों में पानी घुस गया है। इसके साथ ही पूरे हल्द्वानी में 150 घरों में पानी भर गया है। जिस कारण अब तक लोगों को 50 लाख रुपए से भी ज्यादा का मुकसान उठाना पड़ा है।
