Rain causes havoc in Uttarakhand, several roads disrupted

In the Maldevta area of Dehradun, a cloudburst caused flooding in the Song River, trapping several people who had gone for a picnic. However, all of them were able to escape safely. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for several districts.
