खबर के अनुसार, हिमाचल के धर्मशाला में डिग्री कॉलेज की 19 वर्षीय छात्रा की इलाज के दौरान जान चली गई और इस मामले में रैगिंग को वजह बताया जा रहा है, जिसके बाद वह मानसिक रूप से परेशान रहने लगी थी। वहीं, पिता की शिकायत पर तीन छात्राओं और एक प्रोफेसर के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज हुआ है, जबकि पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।
