टिहरी जिले के भिलंगना क्षेत्र में खराब स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को लेकर ग्रामीणों का विरोध जारी है। पिलखी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में डॉक्टर उषा भट्ट के ज्वाइन करने के बाद भी लोगों ने धरना नहीं रोका और अस्पताल को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बनाने तथा बेलेश्वर को उपजिला चिकित्सालय का दर्जा देने की मांग दोहराई है।
