प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने 79वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर लाल किले से ‘सुदर्शन चक्र’ मिशन की घोषणा की, जिसके तहत 2035 तक देश के सभी अहम स्थलों को अत्याधुनिक राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कवच प्रदान किया जाएगा। ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ के तहत विकसित यह प्रणाली मिसाइल और ड्रोन जैसे हवाई खतरों को हवा में ही निष्क्रिय करने की क्षमता रखेगी।

Prime Minister Modi, on the 79th Independence Day, announced the “Sudarshan Chakra” mission from the Red Fort, under which all key sites in the country will be provided with an advanced national security shield by 2035. Developed under the “Make in India” initiative, this system will have the capability to neutralize aerial threats.
