राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मु तीन दिवसीय उत्तराखण्ड भ्रमण पर मंगलवार को देहरादून पहुंची। राष्ट्रपति ने राजभवन में राज्य के विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूहों (पीवीटीजी) से संवाद किया। अपने संबोधन में राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि जनजातियों के लिए केन्द्र सरकार एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा जो भी योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं उसका अधिकाधिक लाभ लें जिससे उनका आर्थिक विकास हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि समुदाय इसके लिए स्वयं जागरूक रहें और स्वयं भी आगे बढ़ने के प्रयास करें।

President Smt. Draupadi Murmu reached Dehradun on Tuesday on a three-day visit to Uttarakhand. The President interacted with the Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) of the state at the Raj Bhavan. In her address, the President said that they should take maximum benefit of whatever schemes are being run by the Central Government and State Government for the tribes so that they can get economic development. She said that the community itself should be aware of this and try to move forward.
