जानकारी के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड के भूकंप जोन-6 में शामिल होने के बाद राज्य सरकार ने भवन निर्माण नियमों में बदलाव की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। बताया गया कि बिल्डिंग बाय-लॉज की समीक्षा के लिए विशेषज्ञों की एक उच्चस्तरीय समिति बनाई गई है, जो नए भूकंप मानकों और आधुनिक तकनीकों के अनुसार नियमों को अपडेट करेगी।

According to report, after Uttarakhand was included in Earthquake Zone-6, the state govt has initiated the process of revising building construction rules. It has been stated that a high-level committee of experts has been formed to review the building by-laws and update them in accordance with new seismic standards.
