मौसम केंद्र देहरादून के अनुसार, गढ़वाल क्षेत्र में अगले 4-5 दिन कुछ स्थानों पर भारी वर्षा की संभावना है, जबकि दूसरी ओर कुमाऊं में सामान्य बारिश रहेगी। भारी बारिश के कारण भूस्खलन और नदियों-नालों में जलस्तर बढ़ने की चेतावनी दी गई है, जिसके चलते लोगों से सतर्क रहने और अनावश्यक यात्रा से बचने की अपील की गई है।

According to the Meteorological Centre Dehradun, some areas of the Garhwal region are likely to receive heavy rainfall over the next 4–5 days, while the Kumaon region is expected to witness normal rainfall. Due to the possibility of landslides and rising water levels in rivers and streams, people have been advised to remain alert.
