जानकारी के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड में सीएम धामी की घोषणा के बाद सभी स्कूलों में श्रीमद्भगवत गीता के श्लोकों का पाठ अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। देहरादून के राजकीय बालिका इंटर कॉलेज में प्रार्थना सभा के दौरान छात्राओं ने सामूहिक श्लोक पाठ किया और शिक्षकों ने उसका सरल अर्थ समझाया। बताया गया कि इस फैसले का सकारात्मक असर जमीनी स्तर पर भी दिखने लगा है।
