थानाध्यक्ष बैजनाथ के नेतृत्व में गठित पुलिस टीम द्वारा थाना क्षेत्रान्तर्गत शान्ति/सुरक्षा व्यवस्था व होटल/ढाबा चैकिंग के दौरान एक व्यक्ति शिव राम पुत्र मदन राम निवासी ग्राम बण्ड पन्याली थाना बैजनाथ को अपने गांव में लोगों को अवैध रूप से शराब पिलाते हुए पकड़ा गया। जिस आधार पर पुलिस टीम द्वारा अभियुक्त को मौके से गिरफ्तार किया गया।
