कोटद्वार पुलिस ने तीन स्मैक तस्करों को 13.6 ग्राम स्मैक के साथ गिरफ्तार किया है। अभियुक्तों ने पूछताछ में बताया कि वह स्मैक पीने के आदी हैं। पुलिस ने तीनों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
