Police and SDRF rescued youths trapped on the banks of the river

Two youths, who had gone across the Mandakini river to collect their belongings kept in the old primary school, got stuck at the other end of the river due to the rise in the water level on their return. On information, Uttarakhand Police and SDRF team rescued him safely using rope and a life jacket.
