पिथौरागढ़ जिले के नैनीसैनी हवाई अड्डे पर फिर से हवाई सेवा शुरू करने के लिए लगातार मांग की जा रही है। जिसके देखते हुए यहां से नियमित हवाई सेवा को शुरू करने की कवायद तेज हो गई है। हवाई अड्डे पर ट्रायल लैंडिंग की तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई हैं। अगर ट्रायल लैंडिंग के सफल होती है तो ये उम्मीद की जा रही है कि पिथौरागढ़ से हवाई सेवा जल्द ही शुरू हो सकती है।

There is a continuous demand to restart air services at Naini Saini Airport in Pithoragarh district. In view of this, efforts to start regular air service from here have intensified. Preparations for trial landing have been completed at the airport. If the trial landing is successful then it is expected that air service from Pithoragarh can start soon.
