जनपद पिथौरागढ़- काली नदी में एक युवक फंस गया था। थाना बलुवाकोट पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए काली नदी में फंसे युवक को सुरक्षित रेस्क्यू किया।  स्थानीय नागरिकों के सहयोग से पुलिस टीम ने युवक को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला।
