राजभवन रोड़ पर एक वाहन दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया। सूचना पर शीघ्र ही फायर स्टेशन नैनीताल घटना स्थल पर पहुंची। पिकअप वाहन अनियंत्रित होकर सडक से नीचे दुर्गम खाई मे गिरा था जिसमे चालक सहित दो लोग सवार थे। फायर सर्विस टीम द्वारा रेस्क्यू अभियान चलाकर रस्सी के सहारे खाई मे उतरकर उक्त दोनों व्यक्तियों को कड़ी मशक्कत से सड़क तक निकाला, जिसके उपरांत एम्बुलेंस के माध्यम से अस्पताल भेजा गया।

A vehicle met with an accident on Raj Bhavan Road. On receiving information, Nainital Fire Station soon reached the incident site. The pickup vehicle went out of control and fell into an inaccessible ditch below the road, in which two people including the driver were traveling. The fire service team conducted a rescue operation and descended into the ditch with the help of a rope and with great difficulty pulled out the two persons to the road, after which they were sent to the hospital through an ambulance.
