जानकारी के अनुसार, उत्तराखण्ड के चमोली जिले के थराली क्षेत्र में कूड़ा बैंड के पास आज एक पिकअप वाहन अनियंत्रित होकर करीब 30-40 मीटर गहरी खाई में गिर गया, जिसके बाद थराली पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और स्थानीय लोगों की मदद से तुरंत रेस्क्यू अभियान चलाकर सभी घायलों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला और उपचार के लिए अस्पताल पहुंचाया।
