खबर के अनुसार, उत्तराखण्ड के बागेश्वर जिले के कपकोट नगर पंचायत क्षेत्र में एक कुत्ते के आतंक से लोगों में अफरातफरी मच गई। बताया गया कि कुत्ते ने राहगीरों पर हमला कर घायल कर दिया, जिन्हें अस्पताल में उपचार दिया गया। वहीं, सूचना मिलने पर प्रशासन ने टीम बनाकर कुत्ते को पकड़ने का अभियान शुरू कर दिया और लोगों से सतर्क रहने की अपील की है।
