People danced a lot on the songs of Jagar Samrat Pritam Bharatwan

Jagar Samrat Pritam Bharatwan and folk singer Kalpana Chauhan gave their mesmerizing presentations on the 5-day '9 varsh utkarsh ke' festival of development and culture organized in Dehradun under the joint aegis of Information Department. Public welfare schemes were publicized through stalls set up by various departments in the program premises and local products were sold through stalls by women of various self-help groups.
