पौड़ी जिले में फर्जी प्रमाण पत्रों के आधार पर 1993 में शिक्षक बने दिनेश सिंह रावत को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है। दिनेश ने मृतक आश्रित कोटे से नौकरी हासिल की थी, लेकिन जांच में उसके शैक्षिक दस्तावेज फर्जी पाए गए। शिक्षा विभाग और पुलिस जांच में खुलासा हुआ कि उसने कभी वैध परीक्षा पास ही नहीं की थी।

In Pauri district, a major fraud case has come to light as Dinesh Singh Rawat, who secured a teaching job in 1993 under the deceased dependent quota using fake certificates, has been arrested and sent to judicial custody. Investigations confirmed that his documents were forged and he had never passed a valid exam.
