1947 के बंटवारे में जान गंवाने और विस्थापित हुए लोगों की याद में आज देशभर में विभाजन विभीषिका स्मृति दिवस मनाया जा रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा 2021 में घोषित इस दिवस का उद्देश्य विभाजन के दौरान झेली गई पीड़ा, बलिदान और साहस को याद रखना तथा आने वाली पीढ़ियों को इस इतिहास से अवगत कराना है।

Today, Partition Horrors Remembrance Day is being observed across the country in memory of those who lost their lives and were displaced during the 1947 Partition. Declared by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2021, the day aims to remember the pain, sacrifices, and courage endured during Partition and to make future generations aware.
