जनपद पिथौरागढ़ के मजिरकांडा के निवासी पंकज टम्टा आईटीबीपी मे सहायक कमांडेंट के पद पर चयनित हुए हैं जो पूरे प्रदेश के लिए बेहद गर्व की बात है। पंकज ने अपनी प्रारंभिक शिक्षा पिथौरागढ़ के एशियन एकेडमी से प्राप्त की है तत्पश्चात उन्होंने द्वाराहाट के कुमाऊँ इंस्टीट्यूट आफ टेक्नोलॉजी से मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग की शिक्षा ग्रहण की है।

Pankaj Tamta, a resident of Majirkanda in Pithoragarh district, has been selected for the post of Assistant Commandant in ITBP, which is a matter of great pride for the entire state. Pankaj received his primary education from the Asian Academy of Pithoragarh, after which he studied mechanical engineering from the Kumaon Institute of Technology in Dwarahat.
