First snowfall of the New Year in Kedarnath Dham, cold intensifies
According to reports, the first snowfall of 2026 has been recorded in Kedarnath Dham, covering the entire region in a white blanket of snow. It is being said that after a long wait, light snowfall occurred at the shrine on Friday, 2 January, leading to a further drop in temperature.
