रुद्रप्रयाग पुलिस ने तीर्थयात्रियों के मोबाइल और नकदी चोरी करने के आरोप में तीन नेपाली नागरिकों को गिरफ्तार किया है। गौरीकुंड क्षेत्र में संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की सूचना पर कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस ने छापेमारी कर 18 मोबाइल फोन, ₹25,000 नकद बरामद किए। आरोपी इन सामानों को नेपाल ले जाकर बेचने की योजना बना रहे थे।

Rudraprayag Police have arrested three Nepali nationals involved in stealing mobile phones and cash from pilgrims. Acting on a tip-off about suspicious activity in the Gaurikund area, the police conducted a raid and recovered 18 mobile phones, ₹25,000 in cash. The accused had planned to smuggle the stolen items to Nepal for sale.

एलन मस्क की कंपनी स्टारलिंक को भारत सरकार से सैटेलाइट कम्युनिकेशन सेवाएं देने का आधिकारिक लाइसेंस मिल गया है। दूरसंचार मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी इस लाइसेंस के तहत अब कंपनी देश के ग्रामीण और दूरदराज इलाकों में हाई-स्पीड इंटरनेट सेवा उपलब्ध करा सकेगी।

विश्व बैंक की नवीनतम रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, भारत में अत्यधिक गरीबी में उल्लेखनीय गिरावट दर्ज की गई है। जहां 2011-12 में अत्यधिक गरीबी की दर 27.1 प्रतिशत थी, वहीं 2022-23 में यह घटकर केवल 5.3 प्रतिशत रह गई। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि भारत ने 27 करोड़ से अधिक लोगों को अत्यधिक गरीबी से बाहर निकाला है।

According to the World Bank's latest report, India has recorded a significant decline in extreme poverty. While the extreme poverty rate was 27.1% in 2011–12, it dropped to just 5.3% in 2022–23. The report states that India has successfully lifted over 27 crore people out of extreme poverty.
