Uttarakhand government gives a big boost to Anganwadi Workers
According to reports, Anganwadi workers in Uttarakhand will now receive a minimum assistance amount of ₹1 lakh on retirement. It has been stated that, this arrangement will be implemented from 1 April 2026, and directions have also been issued to begin the promotion process from Anganwadi worker to Supervisor.
