Tricolor stall set up by Prerna Self Help Group was inaugurated by Upper Chief Secretary
Upper Chief Secretary, Smt. Radha Raturi, while inaugurating the tricolor stall set up by the Prerna Self Help Group in the Secretariat under the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' program, said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi appealed to the people of the country to run the tricolor campaign on a large scale.
