CM Dhami paid tribute to Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay by garlanding him on his birth anniversary at his private residence in Nagla Terai on the previous day. The CM said that the ideas of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay ji, the pioneer of Integral Humanism, realize the concept of an ideal society.
