बीते दिन जनपद चमोली के नवनियुक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री प्रमेन्द्र डोबाल द्वारा समस्त पुलिस कार्मिकों का मासिक सम्मेलन लिया गया। सर्वप्रथम जनपद की भौगोलिक स्थिति एवं जनपद के पुलिस क्षेत्र थाना/चौकियों और राजस्व क्षेत्र के सम्बन्ध में चर्चा की गयी। तत्पश्चात सभी उपस्थित पुलिस कार्मिकों से परिचय प्राप्त किया गया।

सीएम धामी से बीते दिन सचिवालय में रं कल्याण संस्था के प्रतिनिधियों ने भेंट कर जनपद पिथौरागढ़ की तहसील धारचूला के सीमांत एवं संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों से संबंधित विभिन्न समस्याओं से अवगत कराया। सीएम ने संस्था के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा रखी गई विभिन्न समस्याओं के समाधान का आश्वासन देते हुए कहा कि सीमांत क्षेत्र के निवासी हमारी सीमाओं के प्रहरी भी है।
