Uttarakhand Police handed over the lost phone to its owner
O.P. Mr. Vinay Kumar appointed at Police Headquarters while coming for duty found a mobile phone lying. He brought the phone to the office but it was difficult to contact anyone because of the pattern lock. Then the phone owner got a call and he was called to the headquarters and handed over his phone.
