CM Dhami launched international conference
Inaugurating the International Conference organized on the use of modern technology for disaster management in Dehradun, CM Dhami said that the Himalayan states are extremely vulnerable from the point of view of the disaster. The outbreak of disasters can be minimized only by 'proactive approach'. CM Dhami said that along with disasters, earthquakes are a big threat to our state, and special attention has to be paid to the use of modern technology for early warning of such disasters.
