राजकीय दून मेडिकल कॉलेज संबद्ध दून चिकित्सालय, देहरादून में बीते दिन 25 शैय्या न्यू टीबी एवं चेस्ट वार्ड का लोकार्पण स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत और मेयर सुनील उनियाल गामा की उपस्थिति में किया गया। साथ ही इसके उपरांत टीबी के संबंध में सभी को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से एक जागरूक रैली भी निकाली गई। रैली के दौरान समस्त जनों से एक एक निःक्षय मित्र बनाने का आग्रह किया गया।

The 25-bed New TB and Chest Ward was inaugurated in the presence of Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat and Mayor Sunil Uniyal Gama last day at Government Doon Medical College affiliated Doon Hospital, Dehradun. Along with this, an awareness rally was also taken out for the purpose of making everyone aware about TB. During the rally, all the people were urged to make one indestructible friend.

टिहरी पुलिस द्वारा जनपद के समस्त थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत दिनांक 6.4.23 को सत्यापन अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान के दौरान लगभग डेढ़ सौ मकान मालिकों से सत्यापन की जानकारी ली गई एवं मकान मालिकों द्वारा किरायेदारों का सत्यापन ना करने पर उनके विरुद्ध 83 पुलिस एक्ट के अंतर्गत कार्रवाई की गई।

The verification campaign was conducted by the Tehri Police under the entire police station area of the district on 6.4.23. During the campaign, verification information was taken from about 150 landlords and action was taken under 83 Police Act against the landlords for not verifying the tenants.

मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु ने बीते दिन सचिवालय में वन विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर ईको टूरिज्म को बढ़ावा दिए जाने पर बल देते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश में वन क्षेत्र की अधिकता को देखते हुए इसे रोजगार से जोड़ा जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि वन क्षेत्रों में चिड़ियाघर, नेचर पार्क, ईको पार्क, वानस्पतिक उद्यान आदि विकसित कर पर्यटन गतिविधियां बढ़ाई जा सकती हैं।

CS Dr. S.S. Sandhu held a meeting with the officials of the Forest Department at the secretariat on the previous day, while emphasizing on the promotion of eco-tourism, said that in view of the abundance of forest area in the state, it should be linked with employment. बीते दिन नंदप्रयाग बाजार में 03 से 04 दुकानों में आग की सूचना पर अविलम्ब फायर यूनिट घटनास्थल के लिए रवाना हुए तो आग नंदप्रयाग बाजार के 5 दुकानों में लगी थी। फायर यूनिट के द्वारा त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए आग को मिनी वाटर टेंडर एवं फायर टेंडर से पंपिंग कर पूर्ण रूप से बुझाया गया तथा अत्यधिक नुकसान होने से बचाया गया। उक्त अग्निकांड में कोई जनहानि नहीं हुई है।

Last day, on the information of fire in 03 to 04 shops in Nandprayag market, the fire unit immediately left for the spot, then fire broke out in 5 shops of Nandprayag market. Taking quick action by the fire unit, the fire was completely extinguished by pumping with mini water tender and fire tender and was saved from excessive damage. There was no loss of life in the said fire.

‘ऑपरेशन मुक्ति’ अभियान के क्रम मे उत्तरकाशी पुलिस की एएचटीयू की टीम द्वारा गुरुकुल पब्लिक स्कूल, मोरी मे जनजागरूकता शिविर आयोजित कर स्कूली बच्चों, अभिभावकों व टीचर्स को बाल अपराधों, बाल मजदूरी, भिक्षावृति, ह्यूमन ट्रैफिकिंग व बाल अधिकारों तथा संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूक किया गया। शिक्षा का महत्व बताते हुये बच्चों को शिक्षा के लिए प्रेरित कर कैरियर के प्रति मार्गदर्शन किया गया।

As part of 'Operation Mukti' campaign, the AHTU team of Uttarkashi Police organized a public awareness camp at Gurukul Public School, Mori to make school children, parents and teachers aware of child crimes, child labour, beggary, human trafficking and child rights and protection. Describing the importance of education, children were motivated for education and guided towards career.
