आन्ध्र प्रदेश से 68 वर्षीय एक महिला श्री केदारनाथ दर्शन के लिए आई थी। जो कि अपने परिवार से बिछड़ गई थी। पुलिस द्वारा पूछने पर वो केवल तेलुगु भाषा में बात कर रही थीं और न वो हिंदी बोल पा रही थीं न ही अंग्रेजी। पुलिस द्वारा गूगल ट्रांसलेट की मदद से उनकी बात समझकर परिजनों का पता लगाया गया तथा वाहन में बैठाकर बुजुर्ग महिला को सोनप्रयाग भेजकर उनके परिजनों से मिलवाया गया।

A 68 year old woman from Andhra Pradesh had come to visit Shri Kedarnath who was separated from her family. When asked by the police, she was talking only in Telugu language and was neither able to speak Hindi nor English. With the help of Google Translate, the family members were traced by the police after understanding their words and the elderly woman was sent to Sonprayag by sitting in the vehicle and hand over to her family members.

मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु की अध्यक्षता में बीते दिन सचिवालय में राज्य सड़क सुरक्षा कोष प्रबन्धन समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न हुयी। मुख्य सचिव ने सभी सम्बन्धित विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सड़क सुरक्षा कार्यों से सम्बन्धित वार्षिक कार्ययोजना को समय से पूर्ण कर लिया जाए। मुख्य सचिव ने प्रत्येक जनपद में चिल्ड्रन ट्रैफिक पार्क स्थापित किए जाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इससे बच्चों को यातायात से सम्बन्धित नियमों की जानकारी जीवन के शुरूआती समय से मिलेगी, जिससे बच्चे यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक हो सकेंगे।

The CS instructed the officers of all concerned departments that the annual action plan related to road safety works should be completed in time. Giving instructions to set up Children's Traffic Park in each district, the CS said that with this children will get information about traffic rules from the very beginning of life, so that children will be aware of traffic rules.

बीते दिन लखवाड़ क्षेत्र के ग्राम सभा लखस्यार में पोल्ट्री वैली हेतु लाभार्थी चयन करने के उद्देश्य से ग्राम के पशुपालकों के साथ वृहद बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में पशुपालकों को पोल्ट्री वैली की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान करने के साथ-साथ के.सी.सी., पशुधन बीमा, एन.एल.एम. की बकरी पालन की योजना, मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना आदि की विस्तृत जानकारी भी प्रदान की गई।

RJ Devangana Chauhan met Governor Lt Genl Gurmit Singh (Retd) at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday. Devangana is a radio jockey of 93.5 Red FM and has received the RJ of the Year award at ACEF's Global Customer Engagement Award-2023. The Governor congratulated her on getting the RJ of the Year award and wished her all the best for her bright future. He said that it is a matter of great pleasure that this honor has been given to the daughter of Uttarakhand who will act as an inspiration for other daughters.

मणिपुर से 14 छात्रों समेत कुल 17 लोग बीते दिन सकुशल देहरादून पहुँच गए। जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट, देहरादून पहुँचने पर इन सभी ने सीएम धामी का आभार जताते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार की त्वरित मदद से ही वे सभी इतना जल्दी सुरक्षित तरह से देहरादून पहुँच सके। एयरपोर्ट पर डोईवाला एसडीएम शैलेन्द्र सिंह नेगी ने इन सभी का फूल माला पहनाकर स्वागत किया। जिसके बाद सभी को जिला प्रशासन के वाहनों से आईएसबीटी देहरादून भेजा गया। जहां से उन्हें बस के माध्यम से गंतव्यों तक भेजा जाएगा।

A total of 17 people including 14 students from Manipur reached Dehradun safely. On reaching Jollygrant Airport, Dehradun, all of them expressed their gratitude to CM Dhami and said that it was only with the quick help of the state government that they could reach Dehradun safely so quickly. Doiwala SDM Shailendra Singh Negi welcomed them all by garlanding them at the airport. After which all were sent to ISBT Dehradun by district administration vehicles. From where they will be sent to the destinations via bus.
